EB-5 Investment Guidelines

INVESTMENT GUIDELINES FOR EB-5 IMMIGRANT INVESTORS

The process for an Immigrant Investor to apply for the EB-5 program through the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service can seem arduous, but Ozark Mountains Regional Center, LLC, is fully aware of how the program functions. We recognize the important role the Regional Center plays in the preparation of necessary Regional Center documents, submitting Forms I-526 and I-829, along with documents that the Immigrant Investor must provide with the Petition application.  The immigrant investor’s funds will thus be put into a limited partnership, to then be invested in the job-creating entity.

The I-526 Immigrant Petition by Alien Entrepreneur and the I-829 Petition by Entrepreneur to Remove Conditions must be filed with the USCIS Service Center address shown on the most recent version of the form.  The application documents can be obtained on-line through uscis.gov, select “Forms” on the top left of the drop-down menu and the documents may be printed off of the site.  They are listed alphabetically first and then numerically.  There is an application fee that must be paid with each submission.  There are detailed instructions with each form that must be carefully followed.  The alien investor or his/her authorized representative must sign the petition.  The alien entrepreneur may file the petition on his/her own behalf (i.e. an attorney does not have to prepare the form).

Follow the steps to the left to ensure you have prepared the necessary documentation. Do not hesitate to CONTACT US with questions.
